There are many French restaurants in Hirosaki, so French cuisine is the only choice. However, as a French cuisine lover, I rarely go to an orthodox store alone, even if I go to Bistro alone, but I went alone because I was traveling alone. I am very happy to drink a cup of cider for a full course and about 5500 yen. Oh, and I also bought an apple pie. The interior of the shop is very nice, classical and orthodox. The food is orthodox French cuisine, and I think it's my favorite type of Escoffier. It's not so much a surprise as it is a precursor to modern French cuisine. On this day, I ate breakfast All-you-can-eat buffet at a hotel in Aomori in the morning and walked a tremendous distance after that, so I was just hungry. Going to Hirosaki Castle in the snow, going to Zenrinji Street, and quite a distance to travel. And it's on foot. I'm tired...... So I'm really glad that I was able to eat delicious French food at a nice restaurant. I made a reservation early, so I was a little lonely with no one there, but I was also relieved to eat quietly by the window. The apple pie had caramelized boiled apple bean paste and was very delicious. The pie is firm and moist, which is my preference. It was caramelized and slightly bitter, and it was delicious like no other. I won't be able to go home for the next 7 days, so I gave up on the big one, but I'm glad I was able to enjoy it enough on the edge. The lady in the shop was kind and comfortable. I was tired, so there were a few happenings, but I was grateful for the warm reception. If you are French cuisine in Hirosaki, this restaurant is highly recommended.
