弘前での夕食は何にしよう？？
日曜日だったのでお休みのお店も多い中、こちらの人気店ポルトブランさんにダメ元で電話をしてみたところ、何とか予約が取れました^ ^
食事の後、弘前公園のライトアップに行きたかったので、18時半からの予約でお願いしました。
弘前大学附属病院の目の前にあるお店で、夜になるとこの辺り人も居なくて。。正直大丈夫かなぁ？と不安でしたが、こちらのお店にして大正解でした✨
弘前に入ってから、おやつに色々と食べたり飲んだりしてしまい、18時半はまだお腹が空いていません。。(汗)
色々とコースがある中で、一番ライトな¥2900のコースを選びました。
【オードブル】
選ぶ事も出来るみたいですが、お任せでお願いしました。
ホタテのサーモン巻き ベビーホタテのマリネ 新じゃがと新玉ねぎのキッシュ
一つ一つ、とても丁寧に作られているのが分かります！
どれも繊細で美味しい♡
【スープ】
人参のクリームスープ
優しい甘さのスープでした。
【魚 又は肉料理】
平目の白ワインソース(＋300円)
皮目がパリッと香ばしく、白ワインのソースと平目の相性ピッタリ！
【パン】
ソフトフランスパンみたいな感じでしたが、生地がモッチモチ&温かく提供してくださり嬉しい♪
【デザート コーヒー】
苺のフレジェ レモンのムース りんごのシャーベット
こちらも少しずつですが、どれも大好きなお味でした。
そしてここでもりんご(笑)
ワインをボトルで頼みましたが、CPもお味も大満足なおすすめのお店です♪
お食事の後、歩いて弘前公園へと向かいました。
ソメイヨシノは残念ながら葉桜になっていましたが、お目当ての「ハートの桜」を見る事が出来て感激でした♡♡
