弘前市内の大人気町中華屋さんです。平日の11時過ぎで私が入店してほぼ満席。
今回は坦々麺をいただきました。
一見シャバっとしてるけど、全体をかき混ぜるとかなり濃厚…胡麻とピーナッツが大量に入っており、手が込んでるのが分かります。酸味はそれほどありませんね。麺は細麺でスープに合ってて美味しい。キヌサヤは合ってるのかどうなのか微妙…むしろ邪魔な気が…
後半から胡麻とピーナッツのエグ味を強く感じて食べにくかったです。一回食べれたので良かったです。
