出張から帰る途中看板を見かけ、よし、今日のお昼はカツにしようと寄らせいただきました。
ロース厚切り定食を注文しました。
カツは衣薄めでこんがり揚げられています。
厚切りといっても他店の標準ぐらいの厚み。
味噌汁を見て、あ〜、ここ昔来たことある！と思い出しました。
具の豚肉が記憶に残っていました。
10数年前、弘前に勤務していたとき来たなあ。
当時は、仕事の憂さ晴らしで毎週末自転車で食べ歩きをしておりました。
忘れかけていたその頃の鬱屈した心境まで呼び起こしてくれました。
メインのカツで思い出せなかったことは心苦しく思います。
