たぶん長芋だと思うけれど…
そば湯は蕎麦粉を加えたトロミのあるタイプ◎
そば湯に小さな黒い粒々がある。
連れも太めの蕎麦は苦手だけれど
ここのお蕎麦は美味しいと言っていた。
