日曜日の13時半頃に来店。
『ギャレスのアジト』へ行ったら営業はしているが缶販売のみとの事で、
予定修正してこちに来てみました。
Googleマップの情報をそのまま鵜吞みにしてはダメですね。
座敷は蔵の中で雰囲気有ります。

蕎麦は田舎蕎麦に近い色合いで太めに切られて風味もあるが味は見た目より少し薄め。
辛汁はコクをあまり感じず蕎麦に負けている感じがした。
□蕎麦湯
昼の部閉店間際だったからかドロドロなセメント系蕎麦湯だが
不思議と蕎麦の風味や味が薄い。
■鴨ロース960円★★★★☆
薄く出汁醤油の味付が鴨の肉の味を上手く引立てているね。
『血』感はあまりなくて上品な感じで、
日本酒に合わせたら悶絶しそうな美味さです(笑)
【総評】
自家製粉している珍しいお店で蕎麦は国産の良いものをその時々で選んでいるそうです。
3年ほど仕事で居た福井の蕎麦と比べると風味や味が弱く感じますが、
都内で食べる蕎麦で890円でこれ程の蕎麦は無いと思いました。
