出張で弘前に来て地元の人に連れてきてもらった。
この辺りではかなりの有名店らしい。
中華そば 850円
ねぎ 120円
昼前だったがほぼ満席。
しかし待たずに着席できた。
５分程で着丼。
まずはスープをすすってみる。
見た目は濃厚な煮干し出汁に見えるが、エグミはなくて、酸味が強めで、香りは上品、素晴らしく旨い。
麺は中太の縮れ麺、チャーシューは柔らかいバラ肉、よくスープに合っている。
とにかくスープが旨かった。
弘前に来たら是非お立ち寄り召されよ。
