中華そばを注文。
平日午後3時近くに行ったのですが、まだ並んでいました。
少し待つと席が空いて案内され、すぐに中華そばが運ばれてきました。
スープは煮干しの旨味の詰まった、余計な味が全くなく、塩味がちょうどよく、
スープともよく絡んでどんどん食べてしまいました。
個人的にはネギの甘味とも合う味だと感じ、もっとネギを追加したいくらい美味しかったです。
麺は丸い麺でしたが、スープにも合いますし、トッピングのチャーシューも程よく脂があり、全てのバランスが絶妙でした。
スープも全部飲み干すほど美味しいラーメンです。
また青森に来た時に立ち寄りたいです。
