お昼時の訪問。「奇跡のりんごフルコース」５９４０円を注文。
内容は以下の通り。
★ アミューズ・ブーシュ・・・りんごのピクルスを添えた豚肉のソーセージ
★ 津軽海峡サーモンの自家製スモーク、奇跡のりんごの彩り
★ 木村秋則さんのりんごと友情のりんごの冷製スープ・・・カプチーノ仕立て
★ 帆立貝のソテー 木村秋則さんのりんごと友情のりんごのソース
★ 大鰐産青森シャモロック胸肉の奇跡のりんご果汁蒸し
★ 奇跡のりんごアイスクリームとりんごジュレ
★ 奇跡のりんご紅茶 又は 野生のコーヒー・・・・紅茶を選択

青森県、津軽地方の食材を名産品のりんごで表現した素晴らしいコースでした。
奇跡のりんごとは、木村秋則さんが世界で初めて無農薬で栽培したりんご、なんだそうです。
津軽地方では有名な話だそうですが、それ以外の地域の方はわからないですよね。
それを広めるために作られたコース、だそうです。
私があ～だこうだ書くよりも、画像を見ていただくのがよいか、と（笑）
サービスも非常に良好でスマート。内装もりんごを意識したのか、赤を基調にした洒落たフレンチレストランでした。
