東北出張二日目の夜。
山形から秋田を抜けて北上して青森の弘前へ！
日本海側は高速道路か繋がっていないので、移動に時間がかかる…
とりあえずホテルを出て弘前の街へ
やって来たのはこちらのお店。
ホテルの一階に入った居酒屋さん。
とりあえずカウンターに座り生ビールをオーダー
お刺身はお任せでオーダー
折角青森に移動して来たので、郷土食と思ったが思いつかない（笑）
目についたイカメンチを頼んで様子見。
暫くして登場の刺し盛、半人前と言って出て来ましたが、丁度良い量に盛り付けされていました。
板さんがしっかりお魚の説明もしてくれました。
お刺身はしっかり魚の味が伝わる美味しい一品。
久し振りに出先で美味しいお刺身を頂きました。
そしてイカメンチも天つゆに生姜とおろしを入れてアッサリと頂きます。
これもソースで食べるのと違いなかなか美味しい。
これは料理は悪くない！
地酒に継投してのんびり楽しみましょう。
そこで青森と言えば会味噌焼き！
こいつを摘みにもう一杯。
ホタテの殻を使った料理、お酒も進むしオカズにもなる。
そこで最後の〆に筋子握り。
結構大きな筋子の入ったオニギリ。
食べ応えもバッチリ（笑）
いやー満腹です、やはり東北は食事が美味しいですね。
