弘前市内でランチを食べるつもりでしたが全くのノープランで、目についたこちらの駐車場があいていたので入店しました。
注文はタッチパネルより。
で、タッチパネルでお値段見てびっくり。
職人さんが注文に応じて握ってくれるお店だったのでした。

この少し前にはま寿司に行っていたので、同じような感覚で頼むと大変なことになるところでした。
でもね、やっぱり美味しいのです。
うにもほんとに生うにだし、平目は天然もの。
ネギトロ巻きもねぎが鮮やかで海苔がパリパリ。
