This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near Hirosaki station. It seems to be based in Aichi Prefecture, but there are many restaurant in the Tohoku region. It is a semi-private room with a relaxed atmosphere. As far as I can remember, Black Nikka Highball, Imo Hiyoritsu, Imo Hiyoritsu, Zakuzaku Cabbage with salted kelp and cream cheese covered with black pepper, Hatake no Stick Salad - Rural Fresh Style, Grilled Beef Harami with Wasabi Sauce Grilled skewer, Ki, Momo, Tender Braised Beef Sueji, Fried Octopus, Fried Potato, Margherita Pizza and I stayed there for a long time. We stayed for a long time, so we drank and ate with gusto. Overall, the menu was very elaborate and had a good taste and visual appeal. I don't remember the detailed taste, but the cream cheese covered with black pepper was the best snack with highball and potato shochu.
