・大正時代に建てられた洋館の中に喫茶室。レトロな雰囲気を生かしたインテリアが揃い、テラス席の窓の外には、藤田記念庭園の美しい景色を眺めお茶ができる。
・弘前市内の店舗の40種類以上あるアップルパイから厳選した6種類を提供。白神産そば粉のガレットも人気。
・パイ生地はバターが香り、円形生地の中にはサクッと歯ごたえあるリンゴがたっぷりの津軽ゆめりんごファーム。パイ生地の上にカットりんごがたっぷりのる素材の味を活かしたオークレール。
