青森県、弘前市のお店。
平日昼間に訪問です。
藤田記念館にあるお店で、大正時代の建物がそのままカフェになっています。
9組並んでいて30分程度待ちました。
店内はまさに大正時代の洋館を思い起こさせれる作りで、ステンドグラスなどもあってとても素敵。
入店した瞬間からアップルパイの香りが立ち込めます。
弘前産りんご入りビーフカレー
とアップルパイを3つ注文しました。
津軽ゆめりんごファーム
オークレール
クローヌ
カレーはホテルカレーのような味わいで、煮込んだリンゴがのっていて甘味を感じ美味しいです。
リンゴパイは3種類いただきました。
津軽ゆめりんごファームはオーソドックスな温かいりんごパイ。
クローヌは冷やしたりんごパイで、硬めのシュー生地に甘くて赤みがかったサイコロ状のりんごが入っています。
オークレールは薄くスライスされたリンゴがのった冷やしたりんごパイでとても甘味が強く、りんごの食感も楽しむことができて美味しかったです。
私はオークレール派でした。
食べ比べもできて最高でした。
