弘前市内に焼きとり屋さんは複数ありますが、ここは人気店のひとつなのではないでしょうか。
入店したのは18時半頃だったかと思います。
決して広いお店ではなく、カウンター席の他、座敷の座卓席が２列ある程度なのですが、19時～20時くらいになると続々と来客がありました。
焼きとり屋さんということで、料理メニューは焼きとり中心です。
カウンターの前でマスターが焼きとりをつくっており、できたてのものを味わうことができます。
焼き加減が絶妙で、柔らかいお肉が美味しく、ビールも進みます。
野菜を串焼きにしたメニューもあり、ししとう・しいたけといったおなじみ食材の他、プチトマトやピーマンなども食べられます。
しいたけ・ピーマンなどはあっさりとした塩味が美味。プチトマトの串焼きにはチーズがのせられており、洋風の味わいになっていました。
