平日の昼12:30くらいに訪問。
コロナあけだからかお客さんは自分以外2組。
全員ラーメンと焼き飯小を頼んでいたを
自分はラーメンを注文。
他のお客さんは常連らしく青森弁で店主と話をしていた。...
チャーシュー麺と焼き飯小
ラーメンはさっぱりしてるが適度に油がある。麺は自家製麺で、もちもちしてて美味しい。
焼き飯は味は薄めだが、ラーメンと一緒に食べると丁度いい味。しっかり炒められていて美味しい。
たまたま帰省した帰り道にあったので入りました。
ラーメンといえば、支那そばが大好きですが
中々関東で好きな味に出会えませんでした。
まさか自分の田舎にこんな美味い支那そば屋があったとは…
店は古く汚いが味は本物

従兄弟が絶賛していたので、家族で訪問しました。麺もスープもチャーシューも全て絶品。本当に美味しいラーメンでした。
