本日のお昼はこちらまで。
だいぶ久しぶりの訪問となりました。というのも人気店なのに駐車場に少々難ありでして、何度も断念しておりました。本日はほぼお昼ですがスペースがあったのでIN。5割位の入り。

サーブ。
スープをズズーッ。おうおう久しぶりに来たら更にアッサリになってやしないかい？ただアッサリだからといって旨味が薄い訳じゃありません。染み入るようにジワジワときます。
自家製の麺は中太縮れ。硬茹でじゃなくチャンとコシのある歯ごたえ。旨味もあっていい麺です。
具はチャーシューに葱、メンマ。チャーシュー変えた？ホロホロだがその分煮込みが強いのか色々と落とし過ぎの感。葱ももう少し欲しかったな。
漬け物が付いてきます。
デフォルトだったらもう少し点数が上がったかも。
CPもデフォルトだったらもう少し…。

さて、青森県内の煮干しラーメンというと青森市の煮干しラーメンを基準として作りますが、こちらは煮干しに寄せてない昔ながらの弘前煮干しラーメン。チョッと他のとは一味違いますぜ。興味がありましたら食べ比べてみて下さいませ。
