いつか食べてみたかった幻の津軽そば。
駅のそばスタンドで！
閉店ギリギリに滑り込みました。
こちらにおにぎりを付けたかったけど
時間的におにぎりはありませんでした。

大豆粉の入った津軽そば。
それの10割そばが幻と呼ばれるもの。
少しだけ甘めの温かいつゆにぴったり。
こういうお店が昔から好きなんですよね。
駅の端っこにひそっとあるのがまた、いい。
