青森県弘前の(山水)は三年ほど前に訪れ、小さな店に主人が一人で、たいへん丁寧な料理を出していた。
清潔でどこか華のある店内は女性客が多かったと憶えている。
「お久しぶりです」
「いやいやいやー」
目の優しい金太郎顔がくしゃくしゃになった。
この店は単品でもできるが二千円、三千円のコースがお徳用だ。
二千円のをお願いした。
酒菜善コースは、先付け、小鉢、お造り、焼き物の四品。
酒揃えは充実し、今評判の「田酒」「飛露喜」もある。
渋い居酒屋で好きなもので飲む酒もいいが、歳をとるとおまかせも楽でいい。
なにより季節の味や知らない料理に出会える。
弘前は、弘前城、明治の洋風建築、そして(山水)の主人だ。
コストパフォーマンスは優良。
