連日の寒さと雪かき。体力を維持しようとカラダが脂肪を求めてる。
ってことは、揚げ物ですね。
とんかつ一筋50年。教師生活25年。根性根性ど根性!!で、かつ亭さんへ。
ミニ盛合せ(\950・ひれ1・えび1・ほたて2)、定食(\350・ごはん・なめこ汁・自家製おしんこ)
毎朝、食パンから作られる生パン粉衣の軽さは、揚げ物というより サクサクに焼かれたト－ストのよう。
柔らかなヒレカツをフワッと包みホットサンドかと思うほど(ちょいと言い過ぎ?)
レアに揚げられたほたてと海老も柔らかく優しい甘さ。海老のしっぽは、まるでスナック菓子。
特製ソ－スは素材の邪魔することなく、他に深層岩塩、バジルソ－スなどお好みで。
ごはんは、おかわり有り。
テ－ブル席に小上がり。
お店の方々は物腰やわらかく、店の雰囲気も落ち着いている。
ひとつ残念なのは、禁煙じゃないこと。
昼だけでも禁煙だったらなぁ。
