とある平日、仕事のため弘前へ、、、
とんかつが無性に食べたくなりこちらのお店へピットイン！
平日の夕方ということもあり店内ガラガラです。
って思ったら18時過ぎには満席なりそうな勢いにビックリです。
今回は、棒かつ定食とお楽しみ盛りなど注文しました。
待っているあいだメニューなどをみてこちらのお店のこだわりが書いたものがありました。のちにこの意味がわかります。
さっそく来ました〜、もう見た目が美味そうです！
事前に塩で食べた方が良いとの情報もありというかいつも私はとんかつ塩としょうゆで食べる派なのでまずは塩で頂きます！
柔らかい！！美味い！！ん！？とんかつなのにこの軽さ！！
何皿でもいけてしまう美味さです。
これがこちらのお店のこだわりなんでしょうね。
これなら白米にもよし、一杯飲みながらのおつまみとんかつも良し！
これは酒とまた一緒に是非食べたいと思う幸せなひと時でした。
