清水森ナンバタイカレーは、タイ料理の「弦や」さんの看板メニュー！
清水森ナンバとは津軽藩の初代藩主・津軽為信公が京都の伏見稲荷から持ち帰り広めたと言われている凄い歴史のある唐辛子。ビタミンA、C、Eが豊富で、甘みとまろやかな辛味と風味の良さが特徴。
そんな唐辛子で作られたレッドカレーとグリーンカレー（写真撮る前にグリーンカレーは食べられちゃったのでレッドのみ）は奥が深い旨味とまろやかな辛さが日本人の味覚にピッタリはまります。
ライスも青森のブランド米か、ジャスミンライスが選べます。
あまりの美味しさに、自宅でも作れる清水森ナンバグリーンカレーセットも買って帰っちゃいました♡
