写真にもある通り中みその発祥はかつて存在した「五所川原中三」の地下フードコート。弘前の中三では弘前風にアレンジしたものが定着。現在は実質的にここオンリーの“弘前のソウルフード”と化しているようです。
フードコートと言ってもお店は隣の「山忠」と合わせて２軒だけと小ぢんまり。昨年までは「中みそ焼きそば」のお店もあったようですが、現在はありません。

先に席を確保して先払いオーダー。お冷などを準備して、呼び出しブザーが鳴ったらセルフで取りに行きます。
小盛りは想像していたよりも大盛り(^_^;)。炒めもやしやキャベツがたっぷりの豪快なラーメンです。
んで、見た目に反してスープはえらいマイルド。野菜の甘みが全体に行き渡っており優しい味わい。一方で生姜やニンニクのザラザラ感が残っておりインパクトのある後味。何とも不思議なスープてす。
黄色い縮れ麺は味噌では珍しい細麺。コシは弱めで主張が薄くスープや野菜の存在感に比べると脇役に回っている印象。悪くないんだけどね。有料で追加したチャーシューも、出来栄えはちょっと…という感じでこちらは余計だったかな。
それでもこの価格で具材を惜しみなく盛ってくれる気前の良さには感謝。弘前のソウルフードを堪能させて頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。
