弘前市土手町の中三（なかさん）デパート地下食品街にある味噌ラーメンのお店。
中三の味噌ラーメンだから「中みそ」
言わずと知れた弘前のソウルフード、今日も賑わっていました。
セルフサービスのイートインスペースなので、先に席を確保してからカウンターで注文・支払いを済ませ、番号の付いた呼び出しブザーを受け取ります。
今日も中みそ（小）を注文、席で10分ほど待ったところで呼ばれました。
赤味噌ベースに生姜とニンニクが効いたスープは、シャキシャキのキャベツともやし・人参・豚バラ・挽き肉の旨味が溶け込んであとを引く美味しさです。
縮れ麺もわたくし好みでお箸が止まりません。
汗をかきながら完食したらめっちゃ元気が出ました！
だからでしょうか…定期的に食べたくなるのは(^^)
