この日は弘前のいわき食堂さんへ、郊外にあるラーメン屋さんですが、車で来店して来ました。
お店の前の駐車場に車を止めて店内に、先客は３組でテーブル席が半分くらい埋まってました。
券売機でラーメンの食券を購入、手揉み麺は売り切れでしたね。
食券を店員さんに渡してテーブル席に座ります。
お水はセルフです。しばらくするとラーメンが到着、シンプルな見た目でこの辺の基本のお麩が乗ってます。
まずはスープを一口、あっさりした煮干し醤油ラーメンですね。なんかホッとする味でした。
麺は細麺の縮れ麺で普通の中華麺ですね。茹で具合はやや硬めでした。量が意外と多いのは嬉しいですね。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、お麩とネギで、チャーシューは脂身が少ない部位です。メンマはしっとり系でした。後はネギがかなりたっぷりです。
最後にスープを吸ったお麩を頂いてご馳走さまです。
あっさりしたラーメン、やはり胃に優しいですね。
また来たいと思います。
