久しぶりに焼肉を食べたくなり弘前駅からすぐの大満さんを訪問。まずはビールで乾杯です。肉は和牛カイノミ（1800円）、サムギョプサル（1300円）、桜ユッケ（1200円）をオーダー、とりももハーフ（350円）をオーダー。カイノミは塩、鶏はタレで。
まずはカイノミから。こちらは仙台牛を使用しているとのことで、見るからに美味しそうなサシが入っており、柔らかくで一口食べると肉の旨味が溶け出してきます。こちらのお店の中ではかなり高いメニューですが、この味で7切れあるなら高く感じず、ビールが進みます。鶏ももは柔らかく、桜ユッケは卵黄を崩していただきます。新鮮な馬肉は臭みなく、焼肉の箸休めにもなります。サムギョプサルはサンチュやキムチ、味噌ダレもセットになっており、脂身のあるジューシーな豚バラを胡麻油につけて、キムチやタレとともにサンチュで巻いていただきます。コクのあるタレとキムチの酸味がベストマッチ。お酒が進みまくりで、ビールを追加してから、ウーロンハイタイムへ。
続いて、カルビ（500円）とサガリ（450円）のハーフをオーダー。カルビはしっかりと脂がのっており、ジューシーで美味。サガリは柔らかく、どちらもハーフでも十分量があります。最後は石焼きビビンバ（950円）で〆。キムチやコチュジャンを入れて混ぜてからいただきます。間にカルビを食べるのもいいですね。
ハイレベルな焼肉屋に満足。値段もちょうどよく、美味しい焼き肉が食べられるのがいいですね。ここは再訪決定です。どうもご馳走様でした。
