本日のお昼はこちら迄。
だいぶ久しぶりの訪問となりました。いつの間にか隣？に移った？
正午を少し回ったらもう外待ちが出来てました。
久しぶりなので昔ながらであろうこちらを押して待ちます。

サーブ。
スープからズズーッ…。体の隅々に浸透する淡麗アッサリ。かといって出汁はシッカリ味わえる見事な作り。
自家製の麺は細ストレート。小麦の風味が豊かなパッツン麺。硬めの茹でなんでしょうけど、しなやかで味わいがあります。
具はチャーシュー、葱、海苔、メンマ。増してもないのに大きなチャーシューが3枚も。海苔もあるしお得感満載。
CPはこの高騰時代に値付け抑えて頑張ってると思います。

さて、こちらのお店が開店した当初はアッサリ味が口に合い何度か伺ったのですが、そのウチ色々な味にチャレンジし始めたのでチョッと「ん？」と足が遠のいてましたね。でも人気店なのは聞こえてましたし、そのウチそのウチと思ってたらつい時間が経過してしまいました。今後はもう少し間隔を詰めたいと思いますが。
