弘前でラーメン廻り、今日はなかた屋さんからスタートです。前日からの雪で駐車場は真っ白でしたが、着いた時はすでに待ちの人らしき車が数台、開店５分前にお店の前に行くと並びが１０人ほどになりました。
さて開店して券売機で背脂あじ塩中華そばの食券を購入して、カウンター席に座ります。
７分くらいで中華そばが到着、普通のメニューなのにチャーシューが４枚も乗ってます。凄い！
まずはスープを一口、あっさりした味で口の中にアジの美味しい出汁が広がります。鯖や鰯よりは優しい味ですね。
麺は中細の縮れ麺で、茹で具合は柔らかめで、スープを吸って美味しいですね。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、海苔に梅干しです。チャーシューは豚バラですかね。味付け濃いめで、噛んだ時に醤油味をしっかり感じます。メンマは細めですが、コリコリしてました。
最後に梅干しの酸味が後から効いて来ます。
甘めのスープなのでいい感じのアクセントになってますね。
梅干しはあまり中華そばには入って無いですね。
でもこの中華そばにはぴったりでしたね。
