青森のブーランジェリーを訪問しました。いい方は悪いのですが、意外にもレベルが高く、正直ビックリ、大満足なお店に出会えました。
弘前城に近い、「ブーランジェリー フー」さんを訪問です。洒落た店構えで、朝早くから開いているのが嬉しいですね。
店内には、美味しそうなパンがずっさり。胡桃を使ったパンが多い印象です。
特に「クルミ」のタルトは、濃厚なクルミの旨味が感じられ、タルト生地の砂糖の甘さと、クルミの油の乗った甘みがベストマッチ。絶品です。このタルトをいただいただけで、このお店を訪問した甲斐がありました。
後は購入は見送りましたが、焼き立てにピザにも惹かれました。
