今回ご紹介するのは、満開の桜の弘前公園内でティータイムをした【喫茶北の郭】のレビューです。(食べログ投稿時３・０５）
GW期間中弘前城では桜まつりが開催されていますが、近年は温暖化の影響で北国青森でも桜の開花が早くなりGW後半は葉桜になる事も珍しくないです。
今年(２０１７年）はお堀のソメイヨシノは散り初めでしたが八重桜や枝垂れ桜は満開で絶好の行楽日和になりました。
弘前城の天守閣からは遥かに岩木山も綺麗に望め正に津軽の遅い春が満開です。
天守閣を見物した後、弘前公園内を散策していると剣道の道場で有名だった武徳殿休憩場を発見し館内に入ります。
館内はお土産や展示コーナーと共に休憩できる【喫茶北の郭】があります。
せっかくなのでお店に入り、アップルパイ＆珈琲のセット￥６００を注文します。
しばらくすると、アップルパイ＆珈琲が配膳され頂きます。
アップルパイは弘前市内にある「菓子司みしま」の商品が提供されているようです。
実食した感想は、正直普通に美味しいレベルで可も無ければ不可も無しと言った一般的なレベルで生地にもう少し工夫が欲しいところです。
弘前はリンゴの産地なので、もう少し期待しましたが期待に応えるレベルのアップルパイではなかったです。
珈琲は当然作り置きですから、期待するレベルではありません。
リンゴの産地なので美味しいアップルパイを期待しましたが、期待値には応えて貰えませんでした。
まぁ～観光地のカフェですので、仕方がないと言えばそれまでです。
綺麗な桜と美しい岩木山で良しとしましょう。
