昨日来て今日帰る弘前の旅です
夕べはライトアップされた弘前城と終わりかけの桜を楽しんで
今日は明るい環境で楽しみます
お城にも入って
カフェがありました
もちろん入ります
「桜のジェラート」

見た目はサク系ですが
食べたら滑らか
桜がほんのり
強過ぎないし
1.5cmの太さで
とぐろを巻いてる様子です
どういう器械で作っているのか？？
さわやかでとっても美味しかった
