弘前公園内、弘前城の有料観覧区画内にあるお店です。
武徳殿という建物内で、お土産売り場も併設されてます。
珈琲300円、あんバタートーストやカレーなど軽食あり。

十和田湖へ向かう前に立ち寄った弘前。
時間に余裕があったので弘前公園へも寄ってみました。
(*￣ー￣) 駐車場がよくわからん
護国神社を眺め、弘前城の本丸も眺めようと入園。
東口側から入ると間もなくこちらの建物が見えます。
歴史資料館のような様相ですが、カフェが併設。
先達様方のレビューを眺めるとスイーツが主体なんで
津軽そばでも頼んでみることにしました。
・津軽そば 500円
大豆をすりつぶした呉汁をツナギに使うんだそうで、
少し熟成時間がかかるというのが津軽そばの特徴とか。
食べてみた感じでは、さほど大豆由来らしき風合いもなく。
ややヤワめの蕎麦だなぁという印象でしたかね。
インパクトは特にないですが、ワンコインですすれる蕎麦。
軽くなんか食べたいって時には使い勝手もよいかと。
