First kappa ( *´艸`)
Kappa Sushi has two restaurant in Hirosaki city. Come to think of it, I've never bought from them before (^^; I found out through MyRev that they changed their sushi rice around spring, so takeaway! They were running a campaign where they also had seared rosy seabass as an option, so I ordered that as well ♪ They also have a takeaway-only set, but I always order [b: as you like] at other stores. I looked at the options on their website and roughly decided what I wanted, and this time I made my reservation through the app. There were a few options that were on their website but not on the app. I'm sure there are reasons for purchasing, etc. I ordered two plates of the "3-piece set" which also included seared rosy seabass for 324 yen, one plate of "live-killed red sea bream" for 162 yen, and the rest were 7 plates of 108 yen each. When you order through the app, you pay first with a card or something. I couldn't find the "checkout" option at the store. I went to the store at 12:00. The interior was bright and clean, which was my first time there. I had imagined it would be for families with children, but it had a calming wood-toned atmosphere♪ The payment had already been completed, so I was given the product and a receipt [b: I took the amount of disposable chopsticks I needed, pouches of wasabi, soy sauce, and sweet sauce that I needed myself] and headed home. I opened a beer at home right away♪ I don't know what the rice was like before, so I can't compare it, but it's crisp and not sweet and dull like the one I bought at a certain store in the past that wasn't so good. The pickled ginger was a bit too sweet though (^^; The three pieces of promotional product were more delicious than I expected and I was satisfied♪ The seared rosy seabass is a delicious fatty white fish. Other toppings were also quite delicious [b: I'm satisfied with my first kappa♪] It's close to my house, so I'd like to buy it again♪

The other day, when I opened the app for takeaway, I got a coupon for in-store dining. I was interested in the coupon "12 pieces of popular items" and fell into the trap. It was a weekday lunchtime and I came alone. I had the impression that the restaurant was more empty than [a:2009041,Muzoe Kura Sushi], where I often go for lunch. When I entered the restaurant, there was a ticket machine, but the waitress appeared earlier than that, asking "How many people are there? I told her I was alone, and she immediately showed me to my seat. She even took down the teacups on the top shelf and said, "Come in..." [b:kindness desu]. He also asks you if you are okay with the recommended menu and how to order. They also ask you how to order and what you would like to order. I showed the app coupon screen and ordered the menu item I wanted. The bill is paid at the cash register at the end of the visit. I was guided to a seat at the counter. There is a partition for each person and it is spacious and comfortable. The tin can-like container of shichimi (seven spices) is filled with powdered tea - a small plate with gari (pickled ginger) and another small plate with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) in a pouch. There are three kinds of soy sauce in a bottle: low-sodium, special, and dashi shoyu. After about 3 minutes of waiting, the waiter brought it directly to us. [The menu includes two pieces each of salmon, shrimp, tuna, squid, sardine, and yellowtail, and a green onion on a shiso leaf. The tuna was so stringy that I couldn't chew through one piece. The sardines were not fresh enough. [The best was the yellowtail.] I wondered what to do with the negitoro, so I ate several pieces as sashimi and put the negitoro on top of the rice. [I was lured by the coupon, but I thought it was okay.] I didn't see the period of the coupon, but it seems that it can be used as many times as you want while it is available. I think I'm a Sushi type of person when it comes to Conveyor belt sushi lunches. The last time I went to your choice takeaway was not bad, so I might use it again.
