妻の実家、弘前にやってきました。
シンプルなラーメンが食べたいなぁ。。先日の萬寿山さんの上海ラーメンから、疲れた身体が欲しています。
手打細麺の支那そば650円。味玉とワンタンをプラスしても830円。安い！！
10分強待って出来上がりです。
想像通りのシンプルな見た目。麺は手打ちの細ちぢれ麺。程よく煮干のきいた淡麗スープと相性ばっちり。とても美味しい。薄いワンタンと味玉も美味しかったです。
年を重ねてくるとやはりこういうシンプルなラーメンがいいですね。
とても美味しかったです。弘前に来るときは定期的に来たいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
