タイムラインを読ませてもらいBMさせて頂いていたお店 だるまやさんにお邪魔しました。開店と同時に満席、ファンの多さを感じます。
厨房からは一気に受けた注文を手早いさばきで次々と運び出されていきます。
カウンター越しに受け取った器の中は、焼豚を筆頭に野菜、ワカメ、コーンと豪勢な装い。
濃厚でこってり感のあるおいしいスープ。麺は黄色掛かった中太縮れで味噌のスープに調和しています。焼豚は脂がトロトロおいしいです。
コーンやワカメ入りラーメンって頂く事が殆ど無かったですがなかなかよいですね。モヤシと麺とスープが絶妙に絡み合う中で、口休め的にコーンの甘さとワカメが大活躍です。
好みのもんだいですが生姜の風味がもう少し控えめだったらなと思いつつ美味しく完食。
