本日は弘前市のラーメン屋さんに来てみました。まずは濃厚な味噌で美味しいと評判のだるまやさん、お店に着くとお昼時といい事もあり、満席で、入り口にあるウェディングポードに名前を記入して待つとこに、6組ほど待ちが居ましたね。
30分くらいでカウンター席に座れました。中待ち用の席がたくさんあるので待つのは辛くないですね。
とりあえず味噌バターコーンラーメンを注文してしばらく待ちます。１０分くらいでラーメンが到着、なかなか濃そうですね。
まずはスープを一口、なかなかマイルドで味噌の味が濃厚なのは嬉しいですね。胡麻が効いてるのも美味しいです。
麺は中細な麺で茹で具合は硬めで、よくスープが絡んできます。
トッピングは柔らかい豚チャーシューと野菜、ワカメにバターです。チャーシューは柔らかくて美味しい。またバターが堪らなくスープに合いますね。美味しい一杯でした。たくさん人が並ぶのはある意味納得でした。また、期待ですが、来れると良いなぁ。ご馳走さまでした。
