30年ほど前に弘前に2年ほど住んでいました。当時本店にお邪魔した事があるかな？位の記憶でこちらの支店にお邪魔しました。祭期間中は、津軽そばがいただけるようで、妻が津軽そば、私は中華そばを注文。どちらも食べたかったのでこの発注です。津軽そばは、独特の食感でブチブチと切れるそばです。私的には好きな味わいでツユも美味しかったです。中華そばも昔ながらの中華そばでスープも煮干し出汁？で美味しかったです。特にシナチクとチャーシューは、グレード高いと思いました。またの機会には、ぜひセットを食べてみたいです。
