全日空で大館能代空港へ。羽田空港への1日3往復しか飛んで無いらしい。
レンタカーを走らせ弘前で寿司を食べる。
一応予約を入れたが店は前客一人で予約は必要無かったようだ（笑）。
店内入って特上寿司3500円をオーダー。
特上寿司はマグロが大トロ、中トロ、赤身、巻物の4種、白身が鯛、ヒラメ。
蒸し車海老と生海老、貝がホタテとホッキ、ウニと玉子焼き、更にカニご飯付き。
まず、マグロが美味い。マグロに包丁が入って（トロ具合で包丁の数が違う）きめ細かな仕事である。流石青森である。
更にホタテも美味い。海老もぷりぷり。ウニも海苔を巻かないでウニそのものの旨みを感じる。
付け出しのめかぶも自家製で美味い。
全てのネタ、料理に満足で更に赤身とイカも追加。これで一人5000円以内はありがたい。
板さんとの会話も楽しみながら青森旅行の良いスタート飯だった。
