弘前にあるハンバーガー百名店。中心部に近いところにあるが地方都市なので車で訪問することが前提となるだろう。駐車場が隣に少々。店内は意外にも広くて席数はそこそこある。メニューを見るとレギュラーメニューとスペシャルメニューがある。スペシャルの方は1800円でサラダもセットになる。あまりお腹が空いていなかったのでレギュラーメニューからアップルバーガー1300円を選択。こちらはポテトのみ付属。
ハンバーガーは縦に大きくてボリューミー。りんごがたっぷりと入っていて肉厚。アップルパイと同様のものと思えばいいのだろうがりんごと肉の相性はパイナップルと比べるとやや落ちる気がする。必ずしも肉とりんごがコラボしていない感じ。もちろん不味くはないのだ。ただ、青森らしさを感じるには面白いチャレンジメニューと見えるだろう。りんご意外にもオーソドックスなハンバーガーは沢山あったので無難に行くならそちらを選択するといいだろう。
