平日夜６時 １番客ゲット。
店員さんたちの明るいあいさつがうれしい。
チーズバーガーとコーラを注文。ポテトはバーガーに必ずついてくる。ハンバーガーを少し潰して、紙袋に包んで食べるよう説明を受ける。
バンズ表面のパリッとした食感がGOOD。パティの旨味、チーズのこく、こだわりを感じるが、強すぎない濃すぎない。バランスがいいおいしいハンバーガー。
皮つきポテトの表面はカリッよりザクッに近いハードさ。これまたナイスな食感。どう調理するんだろう?
