日曜日の夜開店と同時に来店。
駐車場で待っていたら、
17:50位に店員さんが声を掛けて中に入れてくれました。
店内は私のほかに一組だけで空いていました。
人気店とは言えランチで無く夜は空いているみたいです。

■アボガドチーズバーガー1420円
パティは肉々しく弾力が有ってハンドチョップぽい。
バンズも全粒粉では無いがパティに負けない力強さがあるね。
塩気は意外と抑え目で素材の味を味わって欲しいと言う想いが伝わって来る。
□ポテト
ブラックペッパーが効いたカリカリで食べ応えがある。
ポテチとフレンチフライのいいところ取り。
【総評】
全粒粉バンズ＋100円が売切れで残念。
会計の時に奥さま？に聞いたらやはりパティはハンドチョップどの事でした。
弘前市の100名店は都内の店に負けないクオリティのお店でまた来たいな。
