弘前市の人気店。昼時はいつも混雑していますが、この日はちょうど席が空きすぐに座ることができました。
天ざるをいただきました。
そばは、中くらいの太さで、ボリュームもあり、海苔がたっぷりのっています。つゆはやや甘めですが、出汁がしっかりきいていて、バランスがよいです。
天ぷらは大きな海老が2尾、大葉、茄子。海老の尻尾も丁寧に仕事されています。
海彦そば、特製海彦そば、特製海山彦そばの冷やしも人気で、かき氷も種類豊富なので、また、食べに伺います。
