青森県弘前市大町1、アートホテル弘前シティ２階にあるレストラン。
朝の訪問。朝食付き宿泊プランの場合は、ホテル２階のこちらのバイキングレストラン１カ所だ。終日、バイキングで営業をしているので、料理の補充など、サービスのタイミングが絶妙。ご当地料理もあり、連泊でも飽きそうにない品揃えで大満足。ドリンク類がかなり充実するが、パンの種類は少ない。私は朝はパン派なのでパンの種類がもう少し増えてくれたらなあ、とは思います。スープは、画像ではわかりにくいですが、ムール貝が入った海鮮系のクリームスープでこれがなかなか絶品。朝食でこんなスープ、他では見たことないよ。そして、私はホテルの朝食は無条件にオレンジジュースを持ってきてしまいますがここは林檎ジュースでしょ、と思い直し追加で持ってきて飲んでみるとこれがうんまい！！デザートに林檎があったけど、林檎は流石だねえ。
かなり秀逸な朝食バイキングだ。色々なホテルに泊まったが、ここの朝食バイキングは、かなりレベルが高い。
弘前駅前で利便性も高く、お薦めのホテルですね。
