弘前城のすぐそばに位置するスタバ。
何やら明治時代の古い建物を改装した建物で、弘前でのモーニングコーヒーは外観からもこちらに決まりです。
ホットコーヒーのトールサイズをオーダー。
トールサイズって結構ありますね。なみなみと黒い液体が注がれている。ふだんスタバ利用を避けている身からすると、意外に新鮮に感じられるから不思議です。味はいつもの、焙煎きつめなべったりしたやつ。ただ、歴史と伝統に彩られた趣ある建物の中で飲めば、2、3割おいしく感じるから現金なものです。ここでしか食べられないらしいアップルパイも、コーヒーのつまみとしてはいいです。
昔は帝国陸軍の師団長か誰かの公邸だったようですね。瀟洒な雰囲気の中で楽しむスタバシリーズ、コンプリートを狙っているなら外せないお店だと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
