ちょうど青森に出かける機会があった際、「沸騰ワード10」というテレビ番組で、りんご娘の王林さんが紹介していたのがこの「幡龍」。汗をかきながらも味わいを堪能しながらラーメンを食べる王林さんの姿に、「これはいかなきゃ！」と昼ごはんの候補に入れました。ピークタイムは過ぎていたころに入店したのですが、なかなかの満員。初心者にもわかりやすいメニューで、王林さんイチ押しの「ネギラーメン」を注文。しかし、勇気がないので「鬼辛」ではなく「旨辛」でお願いし、餃子も一緒に頼みました。来たネギラーメンは見た目も最高においしそう。食べていくと、頭皮の間からジワリと汗をかく感覚ですが、とにかく美味い！確かに辛みも感じるのですが、食べれば食べるほど、コクや深みを感じ、病みつきになりそうです。さらに後半は一緒に出てきたリンゴ酢を加えて味わいが変化！「これ、面白い！」と、思わず言葉に出してしまいました。こんなお店を教えてくれた王林さん、ありがとうございます！最後に王林さんのサインを拝んできました。本当においしくいただき、青森がますます好きになりましたました。ごちそうさまでした。
