青森で人気のネギらーめんを食べたくて弘前にある「中華飯店 幡龍」さんに訪問しました。
平日のお昼を少し回った頃に伺うと店内は満席。名前を書いて待つこと約20分で順番がやって来ました。
メニューを見ると五目あんかけ焼きそばも美味しそうでしたが、ここは初心貫徹。ネギらーめんをいただきました。
ちなみに辛さは鬼辛が辛さMAX、激辛が鬼辛の辛さ1/2、旨辛が鬼辛の辛さ1/3とのこと。前日に〆拉麺を含め二杯のラーメンを食べ少しお腹に来ていたので、おとなしく旨辛にすることに。
しばし待つとネギらーめんがやってきました。
表面に辣油の膜が張っていていかにも辛そうなラーメンです。一口目を思いっきり啜ると辛さで咽せそうなので様子を見ながら一口。なるほど、辛さの奥にしっかり旨味を感じるまさしく旨辛！
最後まで美味しくいただきました！
今度は激辛あたりにチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
