TBS系「せっかくグルメ」でバナナマン日村さんが訪れた店。
ということで、弘前駅付近からはるばる歩いて行ってきました。
ここのネギラーメンが有名とのこと。
王林さんもオススメとのこと。
で、このネギラーメンは旨辛、激辛、鬼辛を選ぶ仕組み。
真ん中の激辛をチョイス。
これが失敗。辛すぎました…。
普通、松竹梅を選べと言ったら多くの人が真ん中の「竹」を選ぶという。でも、このメニューで真ん中を選んではいけませんでした。
辛いですよ。汗ダラダラで完食しましたが。
でも、実はスープ自体は甘いです。そこに激辛が加わっていました。
それから、チャーシューがトンカツのような棒状でした。かなり厚みがあり、それが4本ほど。かなりコスパがいいです。
でもね、ホント辛かった…。
