担々麺はごく普通でした。
お高めだけど、味は確かです！
店の前を通る度に気にはなってましたが、お高めなイメージなのでお邪魔してませんでしたが、五目あんかけラーメン目当にお邪魔してきました。店内は想像してたより広めで、小綺麗な感じ。小上がり席の方が多いので家族連れでもいけます。
11時過ぎの1番のりですので、オーダーから10分もかからず、出来上がってきました。
餡は熱々で、甘すぎず、しっかりコクがあって美味！ラーメンのスープ自体も美味しい。麺は細麺だけど、シコシコとコシのあるタイプで良い！豚肉と海老を口に入れたとき、餡がしっかり纏わりつくいてプリプリ食感でした。下処理もちゃんとなされているのがよく分かりました。
ちゃんとした中華屋さんの五目あんかけラーメンでした。量の割にお値段はやや高めではありますが、弘前市内で五目あんかけ食べるのであれば、門外4丁目なき後、たんたんさん一択になりそう…市内でもっと美味しいお店があったら逆に教えて下さい！
次回、他のメニューも食べてみます(^^)

前回、広東麺をいただき、とても美味しく、お店一押しの担々麵を頂きました。
写真撮り忘れましたが、麺は広東麺と同じでやや細麺、スープはシャバシャバした感じで、コクも感じられず、ごく普通でした。期待していただけに残念でした。
次回お邪魔することがあれば、担々麺以外を頂くことになると思います。
