弘前市内から西へ西へと岩崎西目屋弘前線沿い
HP曰く、
白神山地・弘前市・津軽地域で一番料金の安い宿を目指す民宿
とのことです
民泊白神の昼食が美味いと評判だったのでドライブがてらに訪問
人気店のようでお昼過ぎにもかかわらず、店内満席＋2組5人程が並んでおり、15分程並んでからの入店です
メニューによると味噌ダレ焼肉丼@780円や味噌ダレ焼肉定食@980円がお薦めのようですが、一部の食べログ口コミのお勧めのチャーハンと餃子を注文です

しっとり系のチャーハンは焼豚を仕込んだ後の浸けタレで味付けをしているらしく、肉の旨味が移って美味い飯
パラパラ炒飯ではこの味付けは上手くいかないのでしょう
チャーハンのお供の紅しょうも私の好みとドンピシャ
サービスのスープもしっかり醤油出汁が聞いており、落ち着く味わい
餃子はしっかりと焼き目の付いて程よいにんにく感
これはビールが欲しくなる一品です
チャーハンのおかずにして餃子を食べ、それをおかずにチャーハンを食べ、エンドレスに米が進む
丁寧な味付けと店主の優しさが垣間見れるランチでした
これはいつか味噌ダレ焼肉も食べてみたいなぁと、再訪も検討！
少々市街地からは離れますが美味い町中華？です！
