出張を金曜日に変更しての訪問。
お店が木曜休みなので(笑)
一度温泉の途中に訪問するも混雑、土日は予約が必須の様だ。
11:50入店。
駐車場はやや狭い、大き目の普通車は大変。
平日ランチタイム店員さんは5名。多くない？
一人は予約の電話対応。
予約の電話は時間を決めた方がよくないかな？
サラダセット 1100円
水牛モッツァレラ +400円 を注文。
客は若い女性が多く、ジジイはアウェー感有馬。
でもピザ好きなんで！
結論から言うと。味はかなり良い。
最近食べたピザではNO.１だな。
美味いピザは客も一心不乱に食べる料理だと思う。
熱いうちに食う。生地・トマトソース・チーズのバランスがとても良い
自分は生地の小麦の味が特に良かった。
オイオイ、へらへら喋ってんじゃねーよ。
ピザに失礼だ。(笑)
このお店、口コミ数はまだ少ないが弘前でトップになれるお店だと思う。
逆を言えば、土日の利用は予約が必須となる。
美味しいお店だった。
